We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors, images, sizes and details of our products. However, we cannot guarantee that your device’s display of any color will be accurate.
Product images shown on our website are for reference and presentation purposes. While we work to ensure that the final product closely matches the image shown, variations in color, level of detail, composition visibility and final appearance may occur due to the nature of paint by numbers kits, canvas size, image resolution, production methods and screen display differences.
For smaller canvas sizes, some details from the original image may appear less defined in the final kit. These natural variations do not mean that the product is defective.
Each standard paint by numbers kit includes the items described on the product page. Kit contents may vary depending on the selected product, size, format or customization option.
We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis.
We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All product descriptions, pricing, promotions and availability are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion.
We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited.
We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.
5. Custom and Personalized Products
Custom or personalized products are made specifically for the customer based on the information, image or file submitted at the time of purchase.
By submitting a photo, image or other material for a custom product, you confirm that you own the rights to that material or have permission to use it for the purpose of creating a custom paint by numbers kit.
You agree not to submit any image or material that infringes the intellectual property, privacy, publicity or other rights of any third party.
You grant Painted Calm and its production partners a limited right to use the submitted image solely for the purpose of creating, processing, fulfilling, replacing or supporting your custom order.
Custom kits are artistic interpretations of the submitted image and are not intended to be exact photographic replicas. Differences in color, detail, contrast, cropping, simplification and final appearance are normal and may occur depending on the original photo quality, selected canvas size and production process.
Custom or personalized products are not eligible for change-of-mind returns, but may be replaced or refunded if they arrive damaged, defective, incomplete, incorrect, or cannot be produced, as described in our Return & Refund Policy.
We reserve the right to reject or cancel custom orders that contain offensive, illegal, explicit, infringing or otherwise inappropriate content.
6. Orders, Billing and Account Information
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us.
We may, in our sole discretion, limit, cancel or refuse quantities purchased per person, per household or per order.
These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same payment method, the same billing address, the same shipping address or orders that appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.
In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the email address, billing address or phone number provided at the time the order was placed.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase, billing, shipping and account information for all purchases made at our store.
You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address, shipping address and payment information, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
If incorrect or incomplete shipping information is provided, your order may be delayed, returned, reshipped at your expense or canceled in accordance with our Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy.
7. Prices, Promotions and Offers
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right at any time to modify, suspend or discontinue the Service, any product, any promotion or any part of the website without notice.
Promotional offers, coupon codes, automatic discounts, bundle offers, free item promotions and limited-time offers are subject to their specific terms and may be modified, suspended or canceled at any time at our discretion.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, promotions cannot be combined with other offers, discounts or coupon codes.
For “Buy X, Get Y” or similar promotions, eligible items must be added to the cart according to the promotion rules. The discount or free item may be applied automatically at checkout or through a valid discount code, depending on the offer.
We are not liable to you or to any third party for any modification, price change, promotion change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.
8. Shipping and Delivery
Orders are processed, fulfilled and delivered according to our Shipping Policy.
To provide efficient delivery, Painted Calm works with multiple production and fulfillment partners.
Depending on product availability, customization requirements, order details, and destination, orders may ship from different fulfillment locations.
Processing time is separate from shipping time. Custom or personalized items may require additional production time before shipment.
All delivery timeframes shown on our website are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated at checkout.
Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, weather conditions, peak seasonal volume, local postal service performance, address issues or other circumstances beyond our control.
Some orders may be shipped in separate packages depending on product availability, order size, customization requirements or fulfillment logistics.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email including tracking information when available.
9. Returns, Refunds, Cancellations and Exchanges
Returns, refunds, cancellations and exchanges are handled according to our Return & Refund Policy.
Eligible returns may be accepted within 30 days of delivery for eligible items that are unopened, unused, and remain in their original packaging.
For eligible returns within 30 days of delivery, Painted Calm provides free return shipping, as described in our Return & Refund Policy.
Custom or personalized products are not eligible for change-of-mind returns, but may be replaced or refunded if they arrive damaged, defective, incomplete, incorrect, or cannot be produced.
Order cancellation requests must be submitted as soon as possible. We may not be able to cancel orders that have already been processed, prepared for shipment, shipped, or placed into production, including custom kits.
Refunds, when approved, will be issued to the original payment method in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
10. Lost, Damaged, Incorrect or Incomplete Orders
If your order is lost in transit, damaged during transit, incorrect or incomplete, please contact us at support@paintedcalm.com with your order number and supporting photos or details.
Depending on the circumstances, we may offer a replacement shipment, missing parts, store credit or a refund, in accordance with our Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy.
Packages marked as delivered by the carrier to the address provided at checkout are not considered lost in transit.
Painted Calm is not responsible for theft after confirmed delivery or for packages delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
Damage to the outer packaging alone does not qualify for a refund if the product itself is safe, complete and usable.
Paint coverage may vary by color and use. If you run out of paint, please contact us and we may provide additional paint where appropriate. Running out of paint does not automatically qualify for a refund unless there is a confirmed manufacturing issue.
11. Optional Tools
We may provide you with access to third-party tools over which we neither monitor nor have control nor input.
You acknowledge and agree that we provide access to such tools “as is” and “as available” without any warranties, representations or conditions of any kind and without endorsement.
We shall have no liability whatsoever arising from or relating to your use of optional third-party tools.
Any use by you of optional tools offered through the site is entirely at your own risk and discretion. You should ensure that you are familiar with and approve of the terms provided by the relevant third-party provider.
