Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Processing time is separate from shipping time.
Custom or personalized kits may require additional production time before shipment.
During peak seasons, including November and December, processing times may be extended due to high order volumes.
Production and Fulfillment
To provide efficient delivery, Painted Calm works with multiple production and fulfillment partners.
Depending on product availability, customization requirements, order details, and destination, orders may ship from different fulfillment locations.
This helps us maintain consistent product availability and reliable estimated delivery times.
Estimated Shipping Time
Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 8 to 15 business days after order processing.
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated at checkout.
Delivery may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, weather conditions, peak season volume, address issues, or other circumstances outside our control.
Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.
Please allow 24 to 72 hours for tracking information to become active and update after shipment.
If your tracking has not updated for several business days, please contact us at support@paintedcalm.com so we can review the shipment status.
Shipping Address
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.
If you need to change your shipping address, contact us as soon as possible at support@paintedcalm.com.
We can only update a shipping address if the order has not yet been processed or prepared for shipment.
Painted Calm is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.
Multiple Packages
Some orders may ship in separate packages depending on product availability, order size, customization requirements, or fulfillment logistics.
If your order ships separately, you may receive more than one tracking number, and packages may arrive on different dates.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your order appears delayed or your tracking has not updated for an extended period, please contact us at support@paintedcalm.com so we can assist you.
If a package is confirmed lost in transit by the carrier or shipping partner, we may offer a replacement shipment or a refund.
Packages marked as delivered by the carrier are not considered lost in transit. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please check with household members, neighbors, your local carrier, or your local post office first.
Returns and Refunds
Returns and refunds are handled under our Return & Refund Policy.
Eligible returns may be accepted within 30 days of delivery if the item is unopened, unused, and remains in its original packaging.
Custom or personalized kits are not eligible for change-of-mind returns unless they arrive damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect.
